It is posible to merge Jira Software cloud and server and the import in Jira Service Desk

In case we will migrate from Jira Software Server to Service Desk i need to know if there is compatibility between databases to manage any kind of export/import between old and new solutions.

Why don't you just add the Service Desk application to the existing Jira Software?
