Issues loading the Jira Fragment which is used to create custom Field

I have a built-in script Fragments which creates a custom Field in Jira Service Desk. The issue is :

when we first open the service desk portal, the custom field created by the fragment does not load , it only gets loaded when we refresh the page. We recently upgraded Jira to 8.20.11. and Service Desk to 4.20.11-REL-0003. I don't know if thats the issue
