I am using the Server version and am only finding solutions to this issue for Cloud.
My user is asking to configure the Issue Detail View to include particular fields.
I have gone into Board > Configure > Issue Detail View and verified that the fields are there.
When previewing the ticket in the right-hand column by clicking on it from the Kanban board, the fields display.
However, when I open the ticket up, they disappear.
Can anyone suggest a solution for the ticket view to display all the correct fields? Thanks!

Could you please check if these all fields are add on the view sceen for that particular issue type?
