I cant seem to use releaseDate() in any JQL queries on cloud with or without scriptrunner can someone advise if this is not available on cloud??
Hi Zoe,
Thank you for your question.
I can confirm that the Atlassian documentation pages on the provided JQL functions for Jira Software located here and for Jira Service Desk located here indicate that they do not provide a releaseDate() JQL function out of the box.
I can also confirm that ScriptRunner for Jira Cloud is unable to provide this fucntion as well as the API's do not exist inside of Jira Cloud to allow us to provide this functionality.
You can see a comparison if the differences in the JQL functions that exist between the server and cloud versions of ScriptRunner here and can see more detailed information between the server and cloud versions in the documentation page here.

Hi, @Kristian Walker _Adaptavist_ thank you for the information, but I was unable to find a replacement function there.
Do you have any suggestions for a alternate solution in Jira Cloud?
Thanks,
Csaba

Hi Csaba,
Unfortunately not as Atlassian does not provide this field as available in JQL in Jira cloud.
