Is there an issue with editing Filters in Jira?

We do not seem to be able to edit our Filters in Jira. To replicate:

• We login to our Jira instance 
• Go to saved Filters 
• Click the *** icon on the right of the table
• Select Edit Filter Details
• Progress icon just spins 

We’ve tried Safari, Firefox, Chrome and same results in all 3. Cleared cache as well.

I assume it was working and stopped? If this persists I would contact Atlassian support.
