Is there a way to hide "Activity" for customers in portal view (tickets)?

I would like to not display the "activity" information in tickets for customers of JIRA service desk. Is this anyhow achievable?

you can't hide this at least OOTB. there may be an addon but not sure. Maybe Refined Theme?
