Is there a way to get the Organizations that a Customer belongs to?

I am trying to use the API to determine what Organizations a Service Desk customer is associated with. I know that I can get this mapping by pulling each organization, however I need to look at an individual customer rather than iterating through every organization every time I need this info. Any ideas?

You would need to iterate over all organizations and find your user in each organization
