I created an organization in Service Desk so that customers can share their requests with other customers in the organization. However, to do this I manually added the email addresses of the users. Since we're using G-Suite to give users access (and use single sign-on) is there a way to link the Service Desk organization to the same syncing Google Group?
We are on the cloud version of Jira Service Desk.

Hi Lisa,
I know that it has been a while, but I would like to update this question to help other customers as well.
I saw that you opened a ticket with our support and we've checked that the option to sync the customers in organizations to GSuite it's not available because there is no option to map what users are in an organization.
