Is there a way to collect customer satisfacion report per organizations?

For example,

 

Customer A, average rating = 5

Customer B, average rating = 3

Customer C, average rating = 3

.

.

.

Customer N, average rating = X

Hi Rodolpho,

Here's how you do it:

1) Create a new report. 

2) Add an "Average rating" type series to it and apply a JQL filter to it:

Organizations = "organization name" 

3) Add more series' for other organizations.
