Hey folks,
I want to explore the following - when an incident in Jira Service Desk moves to status Resolved, I would like to present the users a button which will prompt them to create a Post-Mortem page in confluence, ideally they will be able to select at that prompt a confluence template. I know JIra Ops does something like that, but I want to understand can I do this in the native JSD/Confluence way?
