Hello, I would like to be able to show a second list of items when I select a specific item in a previous select list.
I have tried as a select list cascade, but the problem I have is that the second select list is always displayed even if the other items of the first select list do not have items for the second. Is it possible to only display the second select list only for a specific item from the first?

No, Jira doesn't re-arrange the screen layout of fields just because a cascading-select option list is empty for the current value of the first half of it.
oh I understand, I need a second list just for one option :( what do you recommend? maybe there is a plugin that can help me.

I think you have two choices - leave the secondary list blank, so people have no option beyond "Primary + <nothing>" or give it a single option.
I'm not sure that there are apps that can do a lot more to help, although I would look at automation to simplify your data (I have no idea how, I've not looked for myself, and I don't think I fully understand what you're trying to achieve here)
