I want to maintain all three Jira Core,Software, service Desk in the same Instance [URL].
Is it Possible ?
If yes please suggest an approach for it.

You can't upgrade Jira Core (which is the platform the other two run on) from inside the application, because it is structural. It would be a bit like trying to rebuild the foundations of a house while the house is still there.
To upgrade Jira Core, you can run the installer for the version you want (it is ok to go from 7.3 straight to 7.12, let alone 7.11), but I strongly recommend a read of https://confluence.atlassian.com/ug/best-practices-guide-for-upgrading-jira-software-server-933696757.html (and look for the "rapid upgrade method" it mentions - that's probably the best option for you, but read before you jump on it!)
Once the Core has upgraded, you'll be able to use manage applications to deal with Jira Service Desk (and Jira Software, but if you used the rapid upgrade, you may have done that already)
This is what they have been designed to do. I'd recommend installing using the Jira Software installer, then adding Jira Service Desk to that install with "admin -> manage applications"

It's quite simple. They are all provided as an 'application' on the jira platform, so they can all simply be installed via the Administration interface. They will all run under the same instance and URL.

Core 7.3.6 , Software 7.3.6 , Service desk 3.5.0 versions.
Now i have to upgrade the versions to
Software 7.11.2, Core 7.11.2 , Service Desk 3.14.2.
Without disturbing any setup.
To upgrade the Software we have to install software. In the same way We have to install Service desk and Core Right ??

How to upgrade the versions without any change in the instance& URL.
For Example : While installing the new version it will ask for different paths. Then we are not able to maintain the same instance Right ??
