Hi
We would like to use the feature where users are able to create there own login on the servicedesk portal, but we would like to limit this feature to domains approved ahead.
Is this possible and how?

Currently, Jira Service Desk does not have domain restriction for customers' sign up. We have a feature request suggesting the implementation of this ability:
