We have a jira software and a service desk installed.
we would like to keep both the software-users and service-desk-users separated where none of the service desk users should show under suggestions when selecting a reporter or assignee.
How can we achieve this ?
The Assignee and Reporter will work based on below two permissions of the respective Project's permission scheme
Assign Issues: Ability to assign issues to other people.
Assignable User: Users with this permission may be assigned to issues.
so exclude the servicedek users group in JIRA projects. but if someone in both the groups (software-users and service-desk-users), they will have access to both tools.
