Is it possible to get a refund for incorrect billing?

Greetings,

Our team has 3 agent users ($10/month) , but 2 of our customers created accounts with access to service desk and confluence (their application access is revoked since) without knowing and on 12th of May our jira instance was billed for $100 (5 agents), is it possible to get a refund?

Interesting, I am having similar issue with service desk billing.

I removed agent users from service desk, but got billed for 3 extra ones per month.

contacted support, but waiting for resolution.

@vibhu bhanclick on the link in Jobin Kuruvilla's comment and explain your situation to Atlassian support,  they have dedicated agents for this kind of support, I got a refund within a 1-2 days.
