Is it possible to create a few cards with specific members, hiding it from others on board?

I have a sales team of 4, Each of them have their leads and accounts which i assign to them, i would like to know, if it is possible, how can i make a card visible and accessible to only a few members on board?

@Tarun Sapra Thanks for the help. But i am not using Jira..I use Trello to keep a track of my sales leads..It involves no I.T or ITES. 

Can i do this on trello as a standalone tool?
