I'm in the process of making a new Service Desk project for one of our teams. During this process, we're trying to figure out which fields we want people to have to fill out, and we were wondering whether it's possible to add the same field across all request types. For instance, adding Due Date as a Required Field across every single request type at once.

At this time each request type must be configured individually, which means setting up the field as required for each request type.

It helps in that I know it's expected behavior :-S Doesn't help in that there really should be a way to make "Default Fields" for Request Types so that you don't have to manually do everything :( Is there a feature request section here?
