We recently migrated from Jira Server to Cloud. The format of the SLA "Time to Resolution" value has changed. Previously the value would look like: 1d 13h 13m, but now it is in the format 37:13.
Is is possible to change the "Time to Resolution" format in the cloud and if so then where can I find the settings?

Unfortunately, the new rendering of SLAs has not been deployed for JIRA Cloud yet, however, we've already requested this functionality with our development team:
- Display lengthier SLA times in appropriate format (i.e. days)
Please, vote and watch this feature request to increase its priority and also be notified of any updates on this.
We understand how the lack of this feature can be impacting your team when working with long SLAs, as it can become not understandable in a first view.
That been said, please feel free to add your feedback about it in the suggestion raised.
