I was curious if anyone has directly integrated VoIP providers like Twilio or Amazon Connect to create tickets and assign live phone calls via Jira Service Desk?
I know that Wittified offers a call plugin, but my company is considering slightly more robust Telephony options. Any pitfalls with the real-time nature of creating and assigning phone call tickets?
We're considering the user of Service Desk as a case and contact management platform for our customer support team (~100 agents supporting voice calls, email, and chat)
I too am looking for this feature.. I realize it has been 4 years since your question, but did you ever get an answer on this? or find a marketplace app that will do this?
I looked at the 'CallCenter for Jira Service Management' app, but it is for server, I need one for cloud.
