Insight Asset Management Jira User Sync, How to update a User object to reflect inactive user
Hello,
I'm beginning to configure Insight Asset Management for our Jira instance, and am trying to configure an automated user sync from our Jira users, into our Employees object type.
I've got the import configured so that our active Jira users are created as Employee objects, and I'm syncing the Active Data Locator with the Active Insight Attribute.
Everyone syncs in correctly, however, once I mark a user as inactive, and then try to sync, the user does not get updated.
Now I realize this is because I have 'Include Inactive users' set to false. I can set that to true, but I'm also not trying to have all of my inactive users get synced into our Employees object type.
I guess what I'm really looking for, is that if a user already exists as an object type, but is then no longer active, that their object type has the Active attribute set to False, and then if that user is no longer updated on the user sync that's fine. And then if a user is already inactive, and they don't already exist as an object, then ignore them.
Any pointers or documentation that I could follow to get this configured?
