Hi,
I have a single JSD instance which I am using for two projects (for two different domains)
Project A is associated with the email domain projectA.com and Project B is associated with projectB.com.
When someone sends an email to support@projectA.com it would create the ticket in Project A. The same concept applies to Project B.
The problem - when an outbound email notification is sent from Project B, it is sent using projectA.com SMTP.
Is there a way to have Project B use a different outbound SMTP?
Hi @[deleted]
This means that project A's domain is quite likely the default SMPT server for the instance.
If you open up the notification scheme for project B, you'll see an email address at the top. Changing that to project B's email should do the trick.
Hope it helps!
