In Jira service desk automation can comment contains multiple words

I want multiple words in comment contains automation rule. for ex. if comment contains "approved" or "ok" then ticket will be approved on both words.

Try to add an automation rule searching for the required list of words. You will be able to add a branch as shown in the screenshot attached.

Hi Pankaj,

Can you add the first IF-> Comment contains Approved and then an ELSE IF-> Comment contains OK, both of them go to approved?
