Add the types to the project, via the issue type scheme.

I already did this but the work flow was different.

I want same a problem ticket.

Instead of creating now issue and following all procedure.

I am sorry, I do not understand the response.

If you add new issue types to the issue type scheme, the project will offer the new types to you when you click create.  It has nothing to do with workflow, problem tickets or anything else you mention in your follow-up.

The workflows are not relevant to your question.

The issue type is a structural piece of data that is added to a project via the "issue type scheme".  Just adding one to a project (or, probably better said as "making an issue type available in a project") has nothing to do with workflows directly

After you've added an issue type to a project, then the structural piece takes over, looking at the issue type when you create an issue, and the issue type tells the project what fields, screens, and workflows to use.

The "workflow scheme" tells you what workflows each issue type in a project will use.  It does not matter if a workflow is shared with other projects and issue types (until you decide you need to edit a shared workflow, then you need to talk to all the projects using it)
