We use the Jira Service Desk on the Cloud.
If a customer belongs only to one organization, can I remove the "Share With" field? I'd like to share automatically the requests the customer creates with all his/her colleagues.
I'd like to hide the "Share with" field.

Currently, it's not possible to remove the "Share with" button if the customer belongs to an organization.
We have a feature request suggesting the ability for admins to set the default value for the field:
