Icons are gone! Jira tickets

Hello,

As a tester, I use a lot the icons in Jira tickets, the green tick (/) the red cross (x), the informational (!)...
Now they are only available in the "Description" of the ticket, but you have removed them from the answers... I miss them a lot, my team got used to follow my comments sorted by those icons. 

Any chance we could have them back? Im sure more are used to those!

Hi Elena,

Could you confirm that you are on the new JIRA Issue View? 

As we continue to roll out the new issue view and new editor, wiki markup support will be phased out and eventually removed in favor of markdown.

If so, the emoji feature isn't yet ready New Atlassian editor at the moment.  However, you can switch to the old issue view by viewing the issue in full and click the See the old view button on the right corner:

In the meantime, you can switch to the old JIRA issue view completely by disabling the feature through the JIRA labs: https://<instance>.atlassian.net/ViewPersonalSettings.jspa
