The approve button has somehow disappeared from the Change Screen and I don't know how to get it back.
I signed up for a Cloud account and the feature is working properly there. I migrated my instance to the hosted solution and no longer care about this issue.

Who set up your service desk? They could have removed that option.

I setup the server and I am the only person who can make changes. The approval button seems to have vanished. I looked through the "Screen" setup pages and I don't see any options for adding or removing buttons. Fields are editable but not the buttons. I searched for the docs but couldn't find anything about the buttons.
