I need to assign the mail to other kind of incident, can you help me to find out where i setup this

As you can see in the picture the mail is in sopporte and i need to change it to requermiento, some one who can help me please.Mail in Soporte need to be on Requerimiento.jpg

Hi @Claudio Musa,

you need to update the existing email configuration for that incoming email. Keep in mind that email can be associated to a single request.

Project Settings -> Email Request -> Edit -> Next 

and select the "Requerimiento" request type then click "Done".
