I have an Issue and I found no way to bypass this problem:
I would like to restrict certain requests in the customer portal to certain customer Organizations. In theory, according whatever config documentation I've checked this is quite possible for customer Organizations but the reality is a bit different (or I'm missing something).
I created the customer Organization via API and populated it with a number of customers (With the API you need to associate the customer org/customer to a portal) and then restrict the request so only certain people/org have access.
Then I add the Org to the request but said org also have access to another portal group and other requests that are also restricted to an internal group (This is a group that only grants customer access to this portal but is defined for internal services).
What really is irksome is that you cannot visually check who has access to each requests. (Or at least I haven't found the way to see it).
Any thoughts?
You can restrict types based on users, groups and organisations.
See this article; add-or-remove-restrictions-on-request-types
To check, check what restrictions are set and then you wil need to go over the set groups or organisations.
