I have changed phones and my atlassian account has not been transferred to the new phone. How can I transfer it?

If your account are managed, org admins can reset two-step verification for managed accounts under Atlassian Administration → Directory → Users → Security → Reset two-step verification.

If you're using the same Atlassian account (same email address), your account itself doesn't need to be transferred to a new phone. You can simply sign in on the new device with your existing credentials.
If you have Two-Step Verification enabled and no longer have access to your old phone or authenticator app, you'll need to use your recovery key or contact your organization's administrator (if your account is managed) to reset MFA.
If you still have access to your old phone, it's a good idea to remove the old device from your account after successfully signing in on the new one.
Could you let us know:
Are you using an Atlassian Cloud account or a managed organization account?
Are you unable to sign in, or is the issue specifically with the authenticator app for two-step verification?

I believe it is a managed organization account.
I am able to sign into my authenticator app but it does not have atlassian.

Hi @Aniebiet Udofia - Do you still have access to your old phone?
You can go to your Account Settings --> Security --> and disable Two-step verification and also view the Recent Devices at the bottom to logout the old phone.

Thanks Peter for your response, I have my old phone and I have gone into the setting on my authenticator app but can't find the security setting on it. I have been on this all morning. Kindly assist. Thanks once again
