I am tired of investigating why i can't add attachment while responding to Customer on Service Desk.
I have attachment field on my screen when adding attachment no option to share with customers.
In comments there is no option for browse attachment and add.
As per service desk documentation there must be an attachment link on comments but i can't see any thing.

There are several ways of doing this. One way is to just click browse, add an attachment and then click 'Share with customer' as seen on the picture below.
Another way it to upload the file.txt and then use the wiki markup like so: [^file.txt]
