How we can automate requests

Hi,

I hope you can help us.

We need to automate some Workprocesses in Jira.

For example: we have a request type for new users. Theres a request type for creation in active directory, for create a mailbox, order a key and more. Now we want to automate this processes. We need a request type with approval. When the first step is done the next task should be opened. 

Is there an easy way to do this with jira board tools?

I cannot provide specific directions here as there is insufficient info. However, from what you have conveyed you should be able to leverage native Automation for this. If that doesn't meet all your needs you may want to look at an addon app e.g. Automation for Jira or maybe even Power Scripts/Scriptrunner. Here is a good read on Automation - automating-your-service-desk. I would suggest you play with the native automation and see where it gets you. Once you have done that come back here w/ specific questions.
