Hi,
What is the correct way to turn off public signup options and allow users to sign in within the organization only? Users' accounts are linked to GSuite.
Hi Alex,
Apologies for misunderstanding the question. To restrict which users can access the portal, you'll need to change the permissions on each service desk project.
In your service desk project, choose Project settings > Customer permissions.
Select who can access the help center and send requests.
Select who customers can share requests with.
Click Save.

Hi Jimmy,
Thanks for your prompt response. We already have that configured, but how to disable public signup option right now. It seems like everyone from outside can signup and send me some requests as well, which is not what we need and not secure.
