We have 2 service desk projects with their own request types. When I go and search for all request in the customer portal, only the first service desk project request types show up. Is there a way to show the request type from the other service desk project?

Hi,
You see only these request types because probably you have an access only to the requests which request type is one of these. If you create (or be a participant) in request which is created in the second service desk project, this drop down list will extend.
To check, please create a request in the second customer portal.

Thanks, I noticed that yesterday after I created a ticket in the other service desk project.
