I need to set up an automation process, which will transfer field values from my JIRA ServiceDesk form into NAV dynamics. I found a workaround with the JIRA automation plug-in that will enable us to send the values of the field into Teams. I have a problem creating a custom webhook. When I click connectors in my Teams channel it doesn't give me the option to create it. Any help will be appreciated.
