How to send Automated email to project coordinator

I have created one automation rule .when if or if then  Condition satisfied then I want to send an automated email sent to a respected project coordinator and with respect to if condition.

There are two option available 1st-alter user and 2nd- send an email.

for the first option, we can send an alert email to only Jira service desk user only (Restricted to 3 user only).

for the second option, we can send email to the invoked customer and request creator only.

but I want to add such feature that email will be sent to any user as per my condition.
