You can simply use user.getEmailAddress() - but you'll need to think about where to get the user object from.

We want email address of the requester from the service desk portal. I don't have much idea of scripting. Basically based on domain name of the email address we want to classify service desk customers

Mmm, I don't actually know how to get to the requestor of an issue off the top of my head.

issue.getReporter() should get the reporter, but I'm not sure that's the same thing.
