We are a large design team split across different teams. Each team use different boards and we recently started using a general design team board in order to have an overview on the high level projects all the designers are working on.

It would be really useful to be able to see the issues created in our team boards also in the general design team board without having to maintain two different issues (so if a change is made in one issue it's automatically updated in the rest of boards). Is there a way to do that?

Hi Monica and welcome to the community! This is an often employed approach and is pretty easy to do. Just create a new Kanban board with a filter that represents the issues you wish to see. If you need some help with forming the JQL for this please provide some details. You should be able to go to “search issues” and create a search for what you want to see and save the filter. Then use that filter to create your board.

Hi Jack, thanks for your response.

How do I create a Kanban board with a filter that represents the issues I want to see?

This is what I did from the Projects page:

Create new project > Next-gen project (Classic is disabled for me)

Then the Kanban board is created but I don't know how to continue. Could you help me out?

Thanks again!
