Hi All,
I have an issue with Service Management, as I am unable to remove a customer from the project. The customer is not present on the /People screen, but he is on the Customers screen.
I am the Jira admin + Project admin on this project.
pic1: The customer is visible on the Customers list
pic2: The customer is not visible on the /People screen
The first screen shows only because they have issues associated with them. If they are not in people then they no longer have access.
theory - there are still issues associated with the user somehow w/in some tickets in the project: request participant, comments, mentions, etc. I would perform a through search on all occurrences of the user.
TBH, i have been meaning to dig into understanding the Customer screen as it has me scratching my head at times. I have yet to really dig in and understand some of the things I see. maybe this post will give me the incentive to explain the cosmos that is the Customer screen. ;-)

Cheers mate :) Thanks.
I am trying my best setting up and automatizing the JSM processes for a customer now. I have some issues as well e.g.: One of my JSM agents cannot log TEMPO hours on tickets where all others can (same permissions). I have some more digging to do myself as well :D

glad to assist where I can. while I do love Atlassian products there is certainly plenty of "digging" opportunities. ;-)

Yes mate.
OFF: Could you help me with something else? What is the best way to get deeper with Jira admin? I am aiming to get a proper certification and I would love to be an expert in Jira. What do you suggest?
