Hi community,
we got the "Extension for JIRA Service Desk" from Deviniti and created a "Bundled Field for Jira Service Desk". The field got some user defined sub-fields like it has to and those are shown correctly on the servcie desk interface, when you created a new issue.
Even if you open the newly created issue on the "View Screen", the bundled fields are shown correctly with all of their sub-fields in Jira Core with the content you filled in.
Now my problem:
When I click on "Edit" to open die "Edit Screen", the bundled field itself is still shown with it's name on the left, but only the first of the sub-fields is shown. When I click on "+" to add a new row, all the possible sub-fields are added to a new row, but of course empty becase they're new. But all the subfields with content are hidden, except the first.
The same bundled fields of type "Deviniti [Extension] - Bundled Field" were added to both screens - Edit and View (and of course create).
Any idea?
