I was setting up my Jira Service Desk and added some articles in Confluence, so I immediately noticed that the articles were already automatically suggested when writing the keyword in requests from the hekp desk. But the next day the articles were no longer available on the help desk. Does anyone know what may have happened? I named the confluence page with the same name as my Service Desk.

Hello @maryjessicafelipe,

Welcome to Atlassian Community!

When linking a Confluence space to a Service Management project, the articles will be available for customers that have access to the project to find articles in the customer portal, and also it will show some articles based on the keywords they use when typing on the Summary field.

To confirm if the Confluence space is linked to the project, go to Project settings > Knowledge base.

If it shows, any error, please, send us a screenshot.

You can also, unlink and link to the Confluence space again in order to test.

Please, give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Regards,
Angélica

Hi, I made the change to the Confluence folder on my Service Desk and it worked. Thank you for your help.
