How can I let the customers transition work items in Customer Service Space?
I can see the option in "Service Desk Space" but not in "Customer Service Space",
I tried assigning myself "Administrator", "Customer Service Team", "Service Desk Team" permissions, still nothing.
Did I miss a permission or configuration?

Welcome to the community.
Customers (non-licensed user) can only do this is a transition on the workflow is made available on the customer portal.
This has to be defined on the transitions in the workflow used for the requested.
