I'm using Jira on the cloud and am setting up our organization's first service desks. We're ready to roll out the IT service desk but the HR desk isn't ready yet. I'd like to hide the HR service desk on the Help Center until we're ready for it to roll out.
What do I need to do?

Just ensure that don't have your users as customers for the HR one, and it will remain hidden.

Thank you! I tried that but I'm the admin so was hard to see if it was doing what was intended. Had to get one of my team to sign on and check for me.

IKR, I generally have a testuser always on the go that I sign in with to see what is really happening. I recommend that highly...just make sure to use a different email from your own.

If you ever need it in the future, this addon can help you hide Service desk, make it visible only for the specific group, without losing the ability that anyone can raise a request via email.
