How to generate reports for automated rules

Recently I created a rule: to send 2 reminder emails to customer for approval after 2 and 4 business days and if customer doesn't approve the ticket in 6 days ticket will be automatically declined. Now my question is if there is any way to get a monthly report of declined tickets due to this rule application? 

Will appreciate your answer/suggestion.
