i want solve following Problem:
Situation:
The Service desk should have an overall Portal what has free access to anyone.
- known email addresses should be filtered and submitted to a specific Project.
Examples and usecases:
1. Hans.meier@example.com is Customer of the Service Desk Project X. Project X is his Home Portal to overview and issue more requests. He uses sometimes the Public Portal where a email is required to submit.
I want Hans.meier@example.com can submit from Public Portal and From Project X. His Submit from Public Portal should be forwarded to Project X.
2. John.smith@example.com is not customer of Project X. He issues a Ticket from Public Portal. Based on his email domain it should be submitted to Project X or stay for a while in Public Project until he is cutomer in Project X. Then his request should be transfered to Project X with Portal Access of Project X (can be manual on the first time to check if process is working well.
Question: How can the rule set looks like for that and whats the recommended solution.
