How to disable notifications for some customers Not all?

We get a few alerts through to the service desk as well as general notifications from no reply email address and would like the ability to stop notifications going back out to them.

you need to go to project > project settings > customer notifications and configure your needs there.

Hi Jack,

I've checked back there and cant see how to tell the system not to send emails to a set number of email address then they and only this set create ticket.

Sorry Phill. I see that requirement in the title but was simply focused on the body. You cannot group customers for notification purposes. It is an all or nothing situation.
