Hi.

When I'm, as a site admin, creating a new project in the Cloud Service desk portal, it contains one SLA by default: time to resolution.

In our organization, we support many customers and have several other SLAs, usually the same for different projects. The question is: how can I set our list of SLA as default list for new projects?

Hi @v.hraichenko

Welcome to community.

Do you handle different customers in different projects? If yes, you need to set SLA metrics for each project. Btw, Script Runner add-on provides "Bulk Copy SLA Configuration" feature.

If you have single service desk project for all customers, you can cover new customers by setting a default value.

Also, please check this KB.

Thank you for your answer!

Is it only one option. Maybe there is a free solution?
