Hi,
I want to add more fields in the list view of the queue on the customer side of Jira Service Desk. Currently, it just displays "Type, Reference, Summary, Status, Service Desk, Requester" .
I want to add fields like 'Description', 'Priority', 'Custom field' etc as well in the list view so that customer can go through the status of various requests at a glance rather than one by one.

Currently, it's not possible to customize the customer portal to add more fields/columns on "My requests" page. We have a feature request suggesting the implementation of this ability:

If you are a Jira Admin, you can go to 'https://<your instance>/servicedesk/customer/user/requests?page=1', and click on the 'Customize' sidebar, you should be able to customize the columns that your customers see in this page.
