We would like to use both JIRA Service Desk and Status Page to report issues and monitor our many customers serviced by our operations center. We host our own software with many customers, this software is installed in their own instance in AWS or GCP. So one customer could be up while another is down.
We were thinking of using the Organizations in JIRA Service Desk to link the users from each customer together. We can then service their requests through a single Service Desk in JIRA (because at some point we will have hundreds of customs so a ServiceDesk Project per customer isn't an option). But it doesn't look to me that statuspage and the servicedesk integration can manage multiple Organizations. I see no other configuration items besides the individual link to the statuspage account.
In the end, just wondering if anyone has set this up for a Software Hosted Operations Center and how they went about doing this.
