How to change the layout of the request type groups on customer portal

Reading the article:

I pay attention to picture attached under the 'Brand your help center' topic and more specifically the layout of the groups.

How can I control the layout of the groups because what I can get in my help center is just a vertical list of the groups?

@[deleted], if you are an admin go to the portal and click Customize. in that screen toggle the new view. Some things to note here...

  1. this is going to become the default view soon. there is an article out there showing the timeline but couldn't immediately find. Regardless it is very soon I believe.
  2. you will have a single card/box per project so if you only have one project it will be rather sparse.

It turned out to be that I have only a single project. Creating a second one I got the same layout.

actually here is the article  it indicated Feb 26th is cutover.
