I'm searching in a new ticketing system for my company.
One Goal is to centralise all mail to a ticketing system. (Self-service portal will be a 2nd phase.)
For me it is mandatory to have a solution to avoid duplicate and find easily KB articles directly from the ticket or better to have in the ticket UI a box with KB article's suggestion and already opened ticket suggestions.
How are you managing your desk in this theme?
